No Excuses.
Hey Terri how are the legs feeling. Just following up to see how you are feeling after your first workout. Hopefully you are feeling a little sore. Next week will be different (especially after the comment about too many dumbbells to the head). I want to re-emphasize the importance of starting out slow. Try to do your resistance training three times this week, resting a day between. You can do your walking (cardio) everyday if you want (remember to wear your helmet, just kidding). Make it a good week (not too much beer). See you next week.
