I Think I Can

Well I have the circuit down on paper now. Aaron listed all the lifts I'm supposed to follow on papers so I can do them by myself (the freeweight stuff). The only other time I lifted was on machines. This will be a first. I hope I don't drop one on my head!

Things are going really well ... so far.

Crunches anyone???

Dear Journal,

Well even though we're on vacation the work out continues ... Do you like crunches??? Neither do I, but they'er good for ya (at least that's what Aaron sez).

Lots and lots of crunches ... up, side to side on the ball, on the mat ... Aaron's very creative when it comes to crunches. I guess Brittney Spears does like 900 to 1000 a day! Well good for her.

I'm not quite there yet, but I am improving. Aaron said if you sit up straight your confidence goes up, and ab work really helps.

Have a good week!

PAIN IN THE!

Dear Journal-

The word for the week ... circuit! We did a whole bunch of reps of a lot of different exercises such a bicep curl with both free weights and the machines.

In addition to that, I did lunges across the gym. I swear flames were shooting out of my ... well anyway it was hard. Try them yourself! Do them over and over and see what you think.

Aaron said I'd be for a couple days. He was right! It hurt really bad to sit down and listen to Tom last week ... oh wait that hurts everyday! I'm in pain!!!!!!

BIG BALL CONTINUES

Dear Journal:

Working on the big ball continues. It's hard (you try it!) laying on it and balancing and lifiting weights 100 pounds and up (just kidding ... but it is more than 10!)

It's fun to switch up one day on the machines and two days later with the dumbells. Keeps it interesting. It may seem shocking, but I am getting stronger...

Later.
