Yo, It's All Good 

Well it's been a tough week. Aaron has turned mean! He upped my weights, but I'm not sore (or sore at him).

I always feel somewhat anxious before the workout, but I always feel really good and wide awake after it's over.

My personal trainer, Aaron, suggested I start taking a bi-weekly Pilates 1/2 hour mat class. I'm excited because of the results, I'm scared because I'm a little uncoordinated ... but the results are supposed to be fantastic.

Can't wait to kick the butts of the guys on the Morning Show, though I've already kicked the snot out of Stretch. LOL!

Just Getting Started! 

I've met with my new personal trainer Aaron and we've begun a weight training routine. So far so good. I'll try to update this page each week to let you know how things are going. Take a look at some of the links to the right. I think you'll agree that the Hot Stone Massage looks pretty good on these cold days. Check back next week!
